Boy, thank goodness the so-called adults in the room are voting on the impeachment inquiry resolution today. It is supposedly such a seriously grave matter for the nation's moral psyche and overall confidence in government that California Democratic Representative Katie Porter decided to show up to work today especially dressed for the occasion. No, not in business attire but instead donning a Batman costume for Halloween.

Wow ... shouldn't wonder if the congressional staff had to rush out and restock their supply of barf-bags for unsuspecting visitors to the Capitol.
