...you are going about it all the wrong way. Once ya move into a neighborhood take it over. You could build some low rent housing projects on ya land. Getting the government to finance it should be no problem. Scrape a healthy stipend off the top for your expenses, some more for a profit and then hire unqualified minority contractors to build em with sub standard building materials. Don't forget to take you kickbacks. (They ae tax free ya know) Then ya brings in all ya family and friends and get em registered to vote so ya can take over the government and really screw things up. Who cares, ya can always blame it on whitey later.
