the "pins and needles" is a sign, (big one) that your circulation of Oxygen is not very good.

That is why you feel the pins and needles and made worse in your EXTREMITIES such as your hands ....and feet...

Re: "I had strep throat twice a year when I was young, IT sucks bad,,,,,,,,,"
My mom told me that I had strep throat a whole bunch of times when I was a baby. That had to be before age 3 since I don't remember it. I had it again a couple of times as an adult. I agree with you that it's bad. However, I've had my heart murmur since birth, and I was told that the murmur was due to a bicuspid valve at some point, I think when I was still in California. I've known for a long time that I would eventually need surgery.

The funny thing is that I climbed a mountain with my brother and his wife when they visited this summer. I blew them both away too, though it wasn't fair. They both have had knee replacements. My point, though, is that I feel pretty good most of the time. My ears often ring, though. (They're ringing right now, in fact.) That's why I stopped taking statins. For a year, I've been having discomfort in my hands when I sleep. It's more like inflammation than pins-and-needles, imo. It's the main reason I wake up so often... rarely sleeping even three hours straight.

Most recently, the issue has been an ache in my chest and left arm, always when I'm walking briskly uphill. That's the main reason I finally got myself a general practitioner last week. He wanted a stress test to be done. The stress test doctor wanted the echo to be done. I received the echo result a few hours ago.

And that brings you guys up to speed on where I am today.

Good advice about the aspirin. I took a baby aspirin (81 mg) 30 minutes ago. Ears are still ringing pretty loudly.
