Hi nacl!
I just happened to be reading about that subject earlier today before you posted that which is why it caught my attention. I was actually lookingh at some higher bandwisth wireles AC routers and their recommendations.
I cannot explain HuLU 's being the only bottleneck for the streaming except that maybe it simply requires more throughput. A DIR-882 EXO 2600 D-Link AC wireless router would more than double your bandwidth in transmission and would likely solve any buffering issues.
Just a suggestion if you feel like messing around with it.
I have spent my evening replacing a Television set for my wife.
So I had this genius idea to buy this ROKU tv thinking that if we wanted to use the built in streaming capabiolities it had a Roku built into it. Of course, you have to set up your roku account, password for your wireles network, etc...
But I really did not want to do any of that. I preferred to use it as a normal Cable television set and only got the Roku part in case we ever wanted to say goodbye to our cable.
I am finally after 2 hours hgetting around to solve some of the annoying things I wish I had just stick with a plain old LED 1080P t.v. Grrrrrrrr....
I do wish you well and hope that sometime you may get your Hulu streaming working well for you.....
My Best Wishes,
micro...
