I'm starting to think you're right about Firefox. It looks to me like Mozilla got rid of the "Properties" screen that used to let you configure your printer settings. They replaced it with "Preferences" - which DOESN'T allow users to toggle on a setting for background images. If that's really true, if there's no way to turn that setting on, it's a huge gaff by Mozilla.

The instructions I posted in message 43196 will let you do what you want... but in CHROME.

Whoops. My mistake. The instructions below work in Chrome. They're not the right instructions for Mozilla. Sorry about that.

In case you haven't figured it out, try this:

type CTRL-P (to get to the print options menu)
click 'More Settings'
click the 'Background Graphics' checkbox.
