Oh, I would. But I don't really believe that that's what it is.

Book collectors LOVE books. Getting rid of them is like getting rid of family members (sometimes harder, depending on which family member). Over three weeks, she easily could have boxed up a few if she'd wanted. She's obviously having second thoughts.

The best thing for me to do is to wish her well and keep an easy-going attitude. The next time she gets sick of living in a cluttered house or paying storage-unit fees for her old inventory, I bet she'll give me a call. And I already have more books than I'll ever have the time to read, so I'm not going to put any pressure on her.
