WHAT is really sad part about not just this incident but most of them, is that these are basically kids.
Doing Horrible things and paying huge consequences for their own actions.
They eveidently have been let down by adults in their lives who did not teach them right from wrong, how to be a good citizen and hel;p others when you can and have it within your ability to do so.
