Cummings and/or his wife might have been close to being indicted - He, and his wife, have reigned over the loss of 400,000 residents from Baltimore, and had power over several MILLIONS in 'federal aid', party money, and 401c3 monies.

Baltimore did have a population 1.0 million - it now stands at 600,000 - after BILLIONS in OUR Federal dollars were wasted or stolen.
