Pork steaks turned out great, Meat falls right off the bones, that tender, Nice bark,, Taste pretty good as well. Gonna give the loin another hour or so, tender it up a lil more.... YUM............

And seasoning I used, Everything is in there LOL. I know its not fresh but it works, The loin got the Italian seasoning the steaks got sweet smokey mesquite....They all were slathered in olive oil of course.
