The end result was tasty but the sauce was too watery even after thickening it with flour, as per the recipe. (The wife says to never correct watery sauce with additional flour since doing so will just make everything taste like dough.) My guess is that too much fat came out of the skin. Now I know: When the instructions say to use skinless, USE SKINLESS!

I'll be generous and give myself a 5 out of 10. Next time I try this, I'll do better.
