irresponsible is ONE word but how about looking at
"cannot really afford particular vehicle or BUY a USED one or on ethat is new and unsold from a year ago?

I am in complete agreement with this sentiment. The financial institutions are simply doing anything they can to keep people on the HOOK making payments...

Sad and pathetic but the buyers need to WAKE UP and take some fiscal responsibility.
