I'm thinking about putting up a simple, obliquely conservative sign that might get some of the passersby to talking. Just:

OR it might get your place set on fire,,,,,These wee little minds that are pushing for it, cant see past their nose,They would feel threaten reading a sign like that LOL. Whooo knows maybe you have some open minds over there.....

Realist - Everybody in America is soft, and hates conflict. The cure for this, both in politics and social life, is the same -- hardihood. Give them raw truth.

I live on a street that's lightly traveled by most standards, but it's the main road for many people driving to and from the only decent-sized city. In early mornings and late afternoons, it gets reasonable commuter traffic.

I'm thinking about putting up a simple, obliquely conservative sign that might get some of the passersby to talking. Just:

SOCIALISM
requires
CONFISCATION

Do you folks think this would be worth doing?

I reason that many young people embrace socialism without considering what it represents. A simple "SOCIALISM requires CONFISCATION" meme *might* get a few of them to thinking. It means theft of personal property. It means a police state. Socialism isn't as appealing if it's thought of in that light.
