These kids lost their lives at such a young age because of lack of guidance in a household.... That was my entire premise earlier. Sad that they were born with such horrendous lack of parenting... Truly sad ...

This doesn't hold true for EVERY situation, BUT ... for most kids gone bad, you don't usually have to look too hard to find that their parents have been AWOL.
