The difference between a so called Hunting Rifle that is semi-automatic in action and has a magazine clip.
BOTH RIFLES will fire ONE ROUND with ONE Squeeze of the trigger. BOTH will kill the intended targets.
Both can be equipped or bought to use the same caliber ammunition.
WHAT diference does it make if you use a TEN ROUND magazine or a 20 round magazine?
IF YOUR HUNTED TARGET is a BEAR, DEER, ELK, Moose, whatever animal species, if you are proficient, one shot, one squeeze of the trigger will kill the target.
IF your real intention is to hunt inocent people who are unsuspecting, again, ONE trigger pull releases ONE ROUND.
WHAT then is the difference between the two weapons?
Appearance. The AR 15 is dressed up to look like something the Military would use. Oh, it's cool looking I get style points because I carry an AR style rifle.
It is NO MORE lethal than a semi-auto rifle in a larger caliber using the same ammo. It just looks cool because it resembles some things that the military uses but is NO WHERE CLOSE in capability to real military assault rifles.
That is a fight you do not want to ever engage in. You will lose.

This was CHILDISH, and Reckless at the same time. Does he have a right to sell weapons? Of course he does.
But in this particular case, he hought he was defying Bobby and wanted to be a spectacle.
There was no need to throw a few gallons of gasoline onto an already smoldering fire. He could have quietly continued selling AR 15's to anyone who legally met the requirements under current law and background check screenings and still had the same results.
This kind of knee jerk reaction is exactly what the leftists are looking for out of people who disagree with them so you just gave them more ammunition for their little crusade which is going nowhere. It'a all about getting attention and trying to get the few in number fruitcakes to like you because you said something more outrageous than the other political whore you are running against.
In summary, the AR15 is just a single shot at a time rifle no different than any other semi auto rifle, except it looks interesting...
