Democratic presidential candidate former Rep. Beto O'Rourke (D-TX) revealed on Wednesday that if elected to the presidency, he will enforce a nationwide gun confiscation program by fining any American who does not hand over their firearms to the government.
"I begin by saying that we expect our fellow Americans to follow the law," O'Rourke told reporters while on the campaign trail. "If they do not, there would be a fine imposed to compel them to follow the law." ...
Okay, Beto ... let's examine your infantile musings, shall we? You say that "we expect our fellow Americans to follow the law." Well, the highest law in the land, The United States Constitution, states the following:
"A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."
Our elected leaders would most certainly be included in the term "fellow Americans." Therefore, Beto ... YOU would also be expected to "follow the law." But, you would be breaking the highest law in the land by trying to confiscate firearms legally owned by your fellow citizens. The ONLY way you could do this legally would be IF you followed the constitutional procedures to the letter to successfully remove The Second Amendment from The United States Constitution. Otherwise, Beto ... you would simply be guilty of treason against your fellow Americans.
Beto is a ridiculous dipsh!t, but he is a clear window to the black, treasonous soul of the Democrat Party.
