1. GET a container, any container, and fill with water, from ANY source, cistern, tap, well, stream, river, pond, lake, ocean. It does not matter.
2. Make sure water does not have any fish or amphibians in it, or crustaceans. You should strain if it does.
3. Put strained water into a large POT on a STOVE.
