Userid: DGpeddler
Password: Your Arizona sister's eleven-letter-long first and last name - e.g. ClaudiaJones The password is case sensitive, so be sure to type it correctly.

Once you're logged on, think of a better password and change it to that by clicking on "More" in the blue bar at the top, then "My Account," then "Security Options," and finally "Change Password." I trust you can take it from there.

DON'T FORGET YOUR NEW PASSWORD. Remember that it is case sensitive. Write it down if there's the slightest chance of forgetting it.

When I set this up for you, I put *MY* e-mail address in as the "Contact e-mail address" - since mail.com required that the field not be left blank. It's for the purpose of giving you some means of getting your account back if you ever do forget the password. I don't really want to be your "safety person" and you probably shouldn't either, so I advise you to change it to the e-mail address of someone you trust - keeping in mind that whoever is listed will have a means of getting into your e-mail. *IF* you trust me (and I'm not offended if you don't), then you don't have to change it.

Mail.com has an obnoxious habit of sometimes spamming you with a full-screen sized ad when you log on. To decline their offer, you may have to scroll down and look for a "No thanks" (or something like that) on the lower left. Mail.com is otherwise a pretty decent free e-mail host. Lots of storage... and it even has several gigs of free file storage.
