I think you are pretty well spot on De!
IF Ginsberg passes, and President Trump appoints a replacement, the only real debate is going to be about whether we should wait until after the election to let the new President elect, whoever it will be, make that selection as the Republican's stated during last year of Obama administration and McConnell was not going to allow the Obama admin to pick that seat on the Supreme Court.
Sometimes, what has already been around comes back to bite ya in the arse.... THAT is where the bone of contention is going to be. But we will have to wait and see what happens as Ginsberg does not have the graciousness in her being to do the right thing and resign so the process canmove forward. She should resign in lightof the circumstances and stop playing the game that somehow she is going to srvive this terminal cancer with a tube hanging out of her. That was put there because her organ no longer can drain out the poison on its own. Should speak volumes to ANYBODY who has dealt with things like this before....
