Californica being californica . . . I'm sure they will go about it the wrong way.
However, in my opinion schools should not be expelling disruptive students.
They should move them out of the regular classrooms and into a special
classroom with a 'king kong' type teacher who will lecture them and 'coerce'
them into adopting better behavior patterns. And at the least keep them
away from the normal students who are at least trying to get an education.
