Top gluing up. Ya see those 2 spots with no fiberglass? Thosae are a 1/4" thick. I didn't feel like building them up so I just used the cutouts to fill the void. DUMBEST thing they could ever do. Cut the transom to put 2, 50 hp mercs on the back, which were short shafts, thus cut the transom, DUMBASSES,,,,,,,,,

Transom in the boat all put back together, just need to do some grinding and leveling then 4 layers of fiberglass and KEVLOR!!!
