The temperature will be 41° at sunup. That's almost a ten degree drop from anything else we've seen going back to the late May snowstorm. I think Summer in New England is over. I just hope there's time for more of my tomatoes to ripen. (Half of my plants went in the ground late and have only produced green tomatoes thus far.)

In Sacramento, I'd sometimes have cherry tomatoes ripening in November. It's a different world out here, that's for sure.
