Re: "I may go try one.........."I've read about it. It's supposed to be very good, but expensive. No healthier for humans than beef, but some people don't like the thought eating an animal.

I think my main question is, is it healthier for the environment? It probably is. I have no illusions about the enormous natural resources that go into producing a pound of meat. Meat is a hugely wasteful and polluting extravagance.
