I used to go on eating binges when I had anxiety issues. Since I quit giving a rats ass I feel much better. Melatonin helps with that too.

Oh, I don't give a rat's ass, either, BUT I THINK I STILL HAVE ANXIETY ISSUES. I had to empty the car and it was filled with water. You can't get dehydrated here.

You're right about melatonin! You sleep better, right?

This way I will be asleep when people break into the house and kill me.

I'll sleep right through it.

...if ya cut off all carbohydrates for 48 hours and after that just eat protein, fat and green/yellow vegetables ya won't get hungry. I used to go on eating binges when I had anxiety issues. Since I quit giving a rats ass I feel much better. Melatonin helps with that too.
