The truth is that 'The War on Terror' is the Right's equivalent of 'Global Warming.' It has no clear definition, requires an infinite amount of money and is never intended to end.
...some wars are not intended to end. The war on crime and the war on terrorism are just two of them. If we quit fighting them, we lose. Simple as that.
