As you have said, it is simply mindless imitation of failed policies by an empty-headed libtard. And just like San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, and other squalid Democrat plantations, it will produce the very same foul, diseased, and crime-ridden environment that have been created by moronic libtards before her. This Democrat mayor doesn't give a damn about the substance of her decisions ... only that her decisions make her appear to be "compassionate."
