I keep telling people... assault is an action, not a firearm.
The AWB of 1994 (which expired in 2004) had minimal impact on mass shootings, which it was intended to stop.
The problem is not the guns - it's the people. Call it lack of morality, the increase in single-parent households, the increase in latch-key children, whatever... it's NOT the guns.


What is the point of rules that are not enforced?
