Micro > R U sure the instructions on the 14/3 wire do not refer to Power wire (red or black), a return wire (usually white), and a ground wire ???
Zim : My guess would be the two terminals are for 220 VAC. No need for a neutral.
But do check the manual for the unit, and or call the manufacturer to make certain.
