...businesses buying each other out, closing of one store, plant whatever. Moving crap around is all about keeping the turnover at a level that prevents anyone (except upper level managers) from getting enough time to achieve any kind of retirement. It is part and parcel of that bill clinton trade act from years ago.

Have you noticed that most lay-offs only
include workers, not management?
