It appears that everyone except the owner management will be let go under this particular type of making a deal to stay in business but uner some other company's ownership.

They are trying to sell and restructure the assets of this company for a buyer to have. The employees MUST be let go by the selling company inorder to be hired under the new ownership, SHOULD new ownership be found. They cannot be employees of two different companies....

I wish them well. Lots of these home decor places never make it when that is all they do as a brick and mortar business model....

Have you noticed that most lay-offs only include workers, not management?
