Hard work is over-rated.

As a matter of fact, it sucks.

You will never have a boring day with all of that property.

Did you list it for sale yet?

hahaha!

Re: "I am exhausted looking at what you have to do."
Me too!

People used to warn me that I might find myself getting bored in retirement. They didn't understand when I laughed at the idea.

The truth is, I'm *not* a hard worker. I wish I was. My productivity ought to be three time what it is, and even then it would probably be half of Nemo's. On a good day, I do something useful for 3 hours, and it may not even qualify as "work." I mean, hauling trash to the dump? That's not work, but it kills an hour. Today I ran to Property #2 to meet with a well guy who came at the wrong time. That took more than an hour. So, after a good three hours of that sort of nonsense, I usually come up with some excuse like "I've got a tick on my junk!" or "I just saw a horse get hit by lightning!" and call it quits. I shower and am done for the day.

On a future date, maybe soon, I'll have enough room indoors to start unpacking boxes. That could probably keep me going all day for the next few years, and I won't be so inclined to stop as soon as it gets hot or muggy. That's the theory, anyway.
