Have come face to face with the fact that I will likely never play GOLF again on a real course.
Too much arthritic damage to my vertebraes in my lower spine causing constant discomfort which sometimes can drop me to the floor.
It did Friday when I was painting a door and tried to stand up and straighten.
A full golf turning of the lower torso for the takeaway of the golf club and then the violent return and impact of the ball with the clubhead would likely have me laying on the ground writhing in agony.
The high doseage Melolxicam I take is not helping like it once did so that is another indicator things are getting somewhat worse.
So, I believe I will come to the place where I will likely need to part comapny with my Golf Gear. Theonly sport left to me I could play yet and be fairly good at.
I hate it, but I am not interested in relly injuring myself hitting a golf ball. Time to face facts and not do something really dumb...
SO, I have to make some plans regarding my equipment....
Man I hate this.
