I forgot about the baked beans!

Oh, left-overs and you didn't share!

I'm going to bet you missed Mz Micro.

I've been over most bridges in the states, but I was not driving. It's a good thing, too.

zimblerzero thinks the only way I could get over a bridge is if I was duct-taped with a sleeping bag around me. He's very fresh, but also VERY CORRECT.

You just reminded me: one of my brothers did the same thing with a closet door in his living room. Every time we visited, we had to watch him OPEN and CLOSE the door so we could see/hear how perfect it was!

I think Dairy Queen should be in everybody's future!

Newsy post and I'm sure that I am not the only one who enjoyed reading it.

THANKS, micro!

Good morning miss Kathy ma'am!

I canot tell you how glad I am to see you being your bubbly self. I am also in the back of my mind wondering about your health. I am praying and hopngthat you are healing physically, and that peace and calm are taking over inside... Thumbs Up Very Happy

Yes. I am the grill master here. It was just two of us though. My oldest daughter and family are away on a eleite girls softball tournament my grand daughter is involved with in another city. She is only going to begin 10th grade this coming school year and college scouts are following her. She is an outstanding athlete. Catcher and third base.

I grilled Ground Chuck, 90 percent lean, a pack of of all beef hot dogs well done, and a few Bratwursts, black.

I had a bag of Lays wavy potato chips, potato salad, Baked beans, (Bush's grilling beans), Dill and Spinach Dip, and some ice cream afterwards.

We had plenty left over as there are only two of us and neither of us eatthat much anyway. Just having it available and saving for later, like today. I am a bachelor today. Wife and sister heading out of town to go vist the other siser about 2 hours away. Just me and the dog...

Bridges. Well, there is that thing called the Mississippi River and several others between where you are and here. Even if you flew by Southwest Airlines into CVG airport, you wold have to cross the mile wide Ohio River from Kentucky north to Ohio. So there defintiely be bridges.

Don't know about the duct tape.
OUR friend Zim is about ten to eleven hours southeast of me by car.

I am flying there to spend six days toward the end of week 1 in August with my wife. We are baby sitters for the next five days after we get there. An 8 year old and 3 year old grandsons.

Like you, I do not eat BUNS for hotdogs or Bratwursts. Only for the Hamburger and Red Robin would be propud of one of my "everything but the kitchen sink" burgers.

After we finished I tackled the task of remving a closet bedroom door, casings and all, and installing a new door and trimming it out. Came out perfect. I painted it semi-gloss bright white. That was the last remaining door in my house that needed to be changed for newer ones. I already changed the other 14 doors.

Nothing like a door that is hung perfectly balanced and sqaure and plumbed. NEMO would know that feeling. Doors can be a pain in the rump if the carpenters did not make the openings plumb and square.

This opening was Horrendous. But I overcame poor carpentry. So I am feeling good about my skills as a carpenter.....

I think Dairy Queen is in my future today while mizmicro is away.

Me and Charlie going thru the drive through at DQ today. That will be fun.

Charlie is my 8 month old Red Heeler with some Yellow Lab and a German Shepherd tail. He has the legs of a Boxer from his mama. Beautiful affectionate dog. Highly intelligent too.

Wherever I am, he is always there also. I needed him to fill the void from my fourteen year old Brittany Spaniel who passed 2 years ago. Kind of my service dog...

Hoping you had a good and wonderful July 4th, and 5th, and 6th, and rest of the year and next!

If you need me at all just let me know.

In the meanwhile, as I do for everyone on this board, I wll keep you in my prayers and ask our GREAT GOD to meet your needs and give you great peace and comfort and JOY.

Blessings to you,

micro....
