Re: "If they are not available in your area, investigate other do it yourself long lasting floor sealers."
Thanks!

It looks like permaseal is a company that wants to do the work. I definitely want to do this myself since it's a very easy job: an open floor. I'm going to see if I can order a quality sealant on-line. The toughest part will be finding product feedback and reviews for the different types and brands of sealant. I'm seeing 5 gallon cans for $90, and 5 gallon cans for $800. Some say a gallon covers 80 sq ft, others say a gallon covers 300 sq ft. But a more expensive product does not necessarily make it a better product.

Gold is $1,581/oz today. When it hits $2,000, it will be up 26.5%. Let's see how long that takes. - De 3/11/2013 - ANSWER: 7 Years, 5 Months

De,

for long lasting durability these people are worthy f consieration. You don;t want to waste your time having to re-seal the floor every few years. Like the Rhino Shield, Perma Shield flooring sealer is also 25 years.

Here's a link. If it was my floor, it is what I would do..

If they are not available in your area, investigate other do it yourself long lasting floor sealers.
