I sorta think that they are being tossed in the river by people who are tired of them running around in the street where they can't keep up or running around on the sidewalk where us old farts get run down for the heinous crime of not getting out of their way. If I wuz doing it the rider would be tied to the scooter before it was tossed in the water.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
