Reminds me of one of Bill Engvall's "Here's Your Sign" jokes ...

"A truck driver was driving along on the freeway. A sign comes up that reads, 'Low Bridge Ahead.' Before he knows it, the bridge is right ahead of him and he gets stuck under the bridge. Cars are backed up for miles. Finally a police car comes up. The cop gets out of his car and walks to the truck driver, puts his hands on his hips and says, 'Got stuck, huh?' The truck driver says, 'No, I was delivering this bridge and ran out of gas.'"

The hits keep coming for historic covered bridge

http://www.fox5atlanta.com/news/the-hits-keep-coming-for-historic-covered-bridge

...this bridge gets hit regularly. Couple of times a month. It is clearly marked with all kinds of signs, whatever. Recently they hung some chains with some kinds of noise makere on them uproad from the bridge. Sign says it ya hit these ya cannot get under the bridge. There are flashing lights. Everything the mindset of the well edumacated from all the state and even the nation. Millions have been spent replacing the covered portion of the bridge.

Your humble king would have just rebuilt the bridge taller, but what do I know.
