Georgie Porgie and his billionaire friends are pathetic hypocrites. They've already arranged their financial affairs so that they pay the minimum amount of taxes, anyway. If they truly wish to pay more to the federal government - spoiler alert: THEY DON'T! - then they would simply give direct donations to the federal government on top of the taxes they already pay.
