Using Internet Explorer . . . opening Yahoo Mail . . .
I get the same 'symptoms' Kathy is having. No more
text controls . . file attach at the top right, instead
of the bottom. And the 'Send' button mysteriously
disappeared after I attached a file.

I just did a test.

Using Internet Explorer . . . opening Yahoo Mail . . .

Found the send button by scrolling the extreme right edge
of the window down.

Google Chrome seems to work pretty much as it always has.

And I think Mozilla does too . . though I don't remember
trying it here lately.
