An alleged peeping Tom was arrested yesterday after a woman and her young daughter spotted him inside a septic tank beneath the women’s restroom at an Oklahoma park.

...in a similar situation (perp hiding in bottom of outdoor toilet) No one was willing to take him to the jail in their car so to add insult to injury we made him walk in front of a paddy wagon.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
