Crazy Bernie is conveniently forgetting one thing ... health care procedures in Canada, especially the major ones, are heavily rationed. In actuality, you go into a Canadian hospital, request heart surgery or a heart transplant, and leave the hospital after being told to come back in a year or two. Meanwhile, the hospital is off the hook because you die before you can be scheduled for the procedure you need to stay alive.
