All of the Right-to-Work Laws in the 26 Right-to-Work states have been adopted either by direct vote of the states' citizens or through legislation by those citizens' duly elected representatives. In other words, you sleazy bitch ... THE PEOPLE of those states have exercised their Constitutional rights to legally choose to be governed by Right-to-Work Laws. The POTUS does NOT have the authority to simply undo these laws of these sovereign states with an executive order - that would be unconstitutional treason. Congress does NOT have that authority, either. The United States Constitution is the supreme law of the land - NOT the self-serving fantasies of the Marxists who control the Democrat Party. You treasonous assholes had better get smart and figure this out, sooner than later, before it is explained to you more directly via another Amendment of the United States Constitution.

Democratic presidential candidate and California Sen. Kamala Harris has said that if she's elected, she would issue an executive order to rescind hard-won worker freedom.
Maybe it's a "California value" to support conscripted unionism. But before Harris' position becomes too hardened to walk back, she should consider how reforms would benefit workers in her home state.
