I am confident that your mother loved you very much. I am also confident that the last thing she would've ever wanted would be for her son to be trapped by something that she had made. It's clear that that's how you feel.

Think about it this way:

Your mother is gone. Her tax business is gone. Her doughnut shop is gone. Her RV park is gone. Oh, the bones of what those businesses once were still stand, but the businesses themselves no longer exist. So what are you doing? Defending their skeletons?

A wise person once observed that it is noble to die for another person, but it is contemptible to live for another person. No offense meant, but I think that you did more for your mother while she was alive than she could ever have hoped. Now that she's gone, it's time to start doing some things for yourself.

BTW, you can ignore all this if you can honestly state that living there makes you happy. In your many posts, that is never how you have sounded.
