The markets was down right ugly to me this past week.
The only things in my portfolio that did not go down . . .
Were the three bond funds and McCormick Spices. (MKC).
Overall my investments are down about 2 percent for the week.
My spreadsheet now has some red ink all over it.
However, MKC is worth about three times what I paid for it.
Dominion is worth some 80% more than I paid for it.
OGE, another utility, is worth about 94% more than I paid for it.
And Clorox is worth some 92% more than I paid for it.
So far all my dividends have came in as expected.
So what am I doing? Well, today I did the paperwork for some
three thousand dollars worth of purchases . . . And then I
wrote checks to buy $2,000 more. ($1,000 each for OGE and PG.)
Zim.
