Ya gonna have to buff the oxidation off first ribs, Get a good cutting compound and use a spray bottle with water to keep it moist. Cover up anything you dont want the polish on. Its a bitch to get off when it dries.............

You will need a dual action hand sander with a cutting / buffing pads with a hook and loop system. You dont want to do it by hand. argggggggggggggggg LOL

After all the cut and buff then hand apply some good wax and final buff. It will look like new. AND NOOOOO its not easy........

...mz ribits car has a lot of what appears to be oxidation on the rear end of her car. It's whihte and ya can scrape it off with a fingernail. What do you think I should wax mz ribits rear end with?
