You are a very confident guy. I am sure you could learn to make your own bloomin onions by using a large vidalia onion, peeled, and make ya up some batter to dip it in, and then put it in a deep fryer for a minute or 2 . How hard can it be? You do far more that that now... Ya could open up NEMO's Eatery! Charge a lot and make a great living....

Get yer smoker going as well. Pulled pork, BBQ Ribs, Shoulders, butt, sizzling staeak and a blooming onion YIOU can charge $5.00 dolalrs for and still make a killing!

I can see it now... Franchise this operation. Nemo's BBQ & Steak Joint. Franchise it.....
