*sigh* Tiger is not responsible for this man's poor decision-making, or for whoever was manning the bar over-serving him. He did not force him to drink, or force him to drive. I feel for the family - I really do - but laying blame like this is equivalent to blaming Ford for the death of someone who lost control of their car while doing 120mph on the highway.
It's painfully obvious that this is just a money-grab. If anyone else had owned the place - someone without Tiger's resources - this would never happen.
Tiger Woods is being sued by the family of a Florida man who died after he was allegedly over-served at Woods' restaurant and died in a drunk driving accident, according to TMZ.
Nicholas Immesberger worked as a bartender in Woods' restaurant, The Woods, in Jupiter, Florida, which is run by Woods' girlfriend, Erica Herman. Immesberger, according to the report, finished his shift on December 10, 2018, but stayed after to drink at the restaurant. He was allegedly served to the point of "severe intoxication."
