I see on the cooking shows when they smoke especially, they use beer and coffee grounds, Never thought it would work, but they were good. And nothing great comes easy. Good cooking isn't easy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but it is very enjoyable!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stasia wants to some some chickens in the smoker. That is one of my best smoked meats............. I inject them with chicken stock with my spices. Real juicy birds......

Those do look good. Seems like a lot of work, though. And coffee? I've never heard of putting coffee (grounds, I assume) on pork chops. Doesn't seem like that'd work.
