Those do look good. Seems like a lot of work, though. And coffee? I've never heard of putting coffee (grounds, I assume) on pork chops. Doesn't seem like that'd work.

I took 3 frozen thickcut chops and threw them in a brine of one can of IPA beer, Two of my small scoops of coffee, and meat tenderizer, cut up green onions, 6 gloves of garlic, and some Paul Newman sweet honey BBQ sauce. Let it soak all night and all day today.................FRIGGIN YUMMMMMMMMMM. I had 3 and Stasia just got home and I took her down one. She was wondering what to do for dinner...........NEMO ON THE SPOT HAAAAAAAAA. They tasted real good........
