I took 3 frozen thickcut chops and threw them in a brine of one can of IPA beer, Two of my small scoops of coffee, and meat tenderizer, cut up green onions, 6 gloves of garlic, and some Paul Newman sweet honey BBQ sauce. Let it soak all night and all day today.................FRIGGIN YUMMMMMMMMMM. I had 3 and Stasia just got home and I took her down one.
