Correct me if I'm wrong . . .but hasn't China been engaged in the wholesale
theft of intellectual property for decades? Starting with stealing Russian
military tech and selling cheap knockoffs? (And my source suggests that the
cheap Chinese military tech is, in many cases, superior to the original
Russian stuff. Exception being aircraft and helicopters.)
