Hey, that's pretty good for only $3.19! (You're right about your source. I see it on homedepot.com.) 'Jiffy' is also the brand of seed starter that I'm using.

I've got a grow light in my window right now. Plants such as alyssum need light in order to germinate.

Gold is $1,581/oz today. When it hits $2,000, it will be up 26.5%. Let's see how long that takes. - De 3/11/2013 - ANSWER: 7 Years, 5 Months

De,
For starting my plants from seed . . .
I like to use this little 'Windowsill Jiffy Greenhouse'
that I believe I bought at Home depot. Cheap plastic tray
with a clear plastic lid. Holds twelve little 'disks.
Add water and the disks expand. Tuck the seeds into it
and let them sprout.

The disks are about an inch and a half across, and maybe
a quarter inch thick. They 'grow' to be about an inch and
a half tall.
