...we had a similar incident to this here in Georgia. The wife of a local man was killed in the incident. The teen responsible was tried and convicted and sentenced to prison. A couple of weeks later the husband of the victim was in the local walmart and there stood the perp shopping so he called the cops. After an investigation it was determined that the perp had been released from rison by the pardons and parole folks cause they didn't want him to miss his high school graduation. Go figure
